Vineyards: The Côtes du Rhône Village Rouge is essentially elaborated on a classified soil, exclusively composed of rolled pebbles.
The Côtes du Rhône Village Rouge is a gathering of vine types where Syrah is largely dominant.

Vineyard age: 45 years

Grape variety: 85% Syrah, others 15 %

Wine-making: Clusters are taken off and grapes are put in thermo-regulated vats, processed separately. There is constant control of temperature, and vats are daily emptied and refilled. Then they are put together. Wine production is lasting a year, then wine is being bottled.
