« A large proportion of syrah, an addition of mourvèdre, a long vatting of twelve months, it is rare enough to be reported. This gives a remarkable wine, still a little reserved on the nose, which lets appear the black fruits (blueberry) and spices. Warm and powerful, structured by vigorous tannins but without aggressiveness, the mouth imposes and ensures this 2007 an aging of at least three years.
