« The Anglès family, established for a very long time (1650) in the pretty southern village of Jonquerettes, has its habits in the Guide. In the previous edition, it was a 100% Viognier who had won a crush; therefore makes 100% Grenache. A wine born from old vines of seventy years, of remarkable intensity as much by its color, black with blood red reflections, as by its scents of forest fruits and blackcurrant. Full, fat, round, fresh, the palate is a model of balance, to be discovered in the next four or five years. The "Intrépide" 2009 red (3 to 5 €) also won two stars for its length and superb dense and silky material marked by ripe red fruit. Finally, one star for the 2009 "Madame d'Ust" white wine (5 to 8 €), a pure Viognier with aromas of honeyed white flowers. »
