Coming from a hillside terroir, composed of rolled pebbles and sands, these old vines have the particularity of their multiplicity of grape varieties.
All these grape varieties are 100% destemmed and the duration of vatting is 3 weeks, with several unballasting. Bottling takes place at the estate.
A pretty ruby color, a hint of spice, aromas of red and black fruit.
Red meat, in sauce, cheese and dessert based on red fruit, chocolate cake.
