Consisting exclusively of rolled pebbles.
The Mourvèdre is vinified in a thermo-regulated tank. Fermentation lasts 3 weeks with a minimum of 2 unballasting per day. Bottling is done at the estate.
On the nose, aromas of black fruits, small berries and undergrowth. On the palate, smooth and structured, tannins present but melted and silky. Round, full and with a lingering finish.
