Stony on a gentle hill slope facing West which gives these grape varieties a note of minerality.

WINE MAKING

The rosé is obtained by direct pressing. It is vinified at a temperature between 13°C and 16°C, in a thermo-regulated stainless steel tank. The rosé is aged in stainless steel vats until February, when bottling will take place. Bottling takes place at the estate.

AROMAS & PAIRING

The peach color is enhanced by the color of the corks.

Aperitif, salmon, summer meals around grills, pizzas, mixed salads, fish.
