Vacqueyras is expressed on an Urgonian limestone terroir which is at the base of the picturesque massif of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
The grape varieties are vinified together in a thermo-regulated tank. Fermentation lasts 3 weeks with a minimum of 4 unballasting. The wine will then be aged in stainless steel tanks for a year before bottling. Bottling is done at the estate.
Its nose reflects the character of this distinguished wine. Black fruits are highlighted by the richness of spices. In the mouth, the aromas are confirmed. Its long finish leaves an impression of a balanced wine with rare elegance.
